FreshRx for MOMs is a fruit and vegetable prescription for pregnant women on Medicaid. Participants in the program will receive a free weekly home delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables.
FreshRx for MOMs participants must be:
- Currently pregnant (before 32 weeks gestation)
- Currently living in Allen County
- Currently enrolled in Medicaid
- Attending regular visits with a physician or midwife
